We have had recent concerns with monitors not showing up on their assigned days. Monitoring is an essential part of this choral program, so please make note of the dates you selected to monitor.
In order to help with this situation, we will be sending out email reminders each week to the people who are scheduled to monitor.
If you are unable to monitor on one of your assigned dates, it is your responsibility to find a substitute and contact Erin Ganis, the monitor coordinator, to let her know who will be taking your place. If you have any questions please contact Erin.
