Care of Music

Sheet music is costly and difficult to replace. Each choir member must assume the responsibility of looking after it very carefully. Markings in the music must be done in pencil. No doodling/drawing should be done on the music. No breaking binders, pulling off the plastic covers, or doing anything else disrespectful to church property.

For choristers in Grades 5-12, music numbers are assigned at the start of each year and each chorister is responsible for returning all items to the appropriate slot on the shelf.

Each family is responsible for the binders, hymnals, musical scores and CDs issued to their choristers. If any of these items are damaged, the family is required to pay to have them replaced.
